Mike has been crazy about food all his life and is an enthusiastic and accomplished chef.
He taught himself by practising the recipes of famous chefs and began to add his own ideas and techniques.
Since then he has had considerable experience of all types of cooking and specialises in bespoke dinner parties,
dynamic cookery classes and buffets.
He represented the best of the London Region's chefs in BBC Television's MasterChef 2000
Mike describes his cooking as modern British with some unashamed influences from France and Italy.
Apart from cooking Mike has a great love of the theatre and has been acting for more than forty years.
He has been in over one hundred productions and more recently has directed as well.
